Nicole is a Level 3 Medical Fascial Stretch Specialist and has worked on clients with various diagnoses, ages, and activity levels. Most recently, she had the privilege of working for the Chicago Bears Football Team for the last two and half seasons as a Fascial Stretch Therapist on their Recovery Team. Nicole uses a holistic approach with her clients that is drawn from all her areas of study. Her motto, “It is all connected”. In her spare time she enjoys working out, hiking, and spending time with her friends and family.
Nicole graduated with her Bachelors in Kinesiology from the University of Illinois at Chicago. She has six years of experience working in Outpatient Physical Therapy as a Physical Therapist Assistant. Nicole taught Pilates for two and half years at a pilates studio helping clients gain strength, improve mobility and help promote reduction in body imbalances. She is also a Fellow of Applied Functional Science (FAFS) where she had the honor of studying under world-renowned Physical Therapists Gary Gray and David Tiberio. This has allowed her to work with other movement specialists world-wide, to become proficient in the truth of human movement and chain reaction biomechanics (“in order to enhance the lives of others”). The year following her Fellowship she returned to the program as a PCM to help assist teaching the program.
