Trace has been involved in the health and fitness industry for over 20 years. He is a graduate of the National College of Exercise Professionals (NCEP). Additionally, he has completed courses at the Long Beach Dance Academy in Mat Pilates and is a student at the C.H.E.K. Institute (Corrective Holistic Exercise Kinesiologist). Trace trains with the philosophy of looking at the body as a whole and searching for areas of dysfunction. He incorporates postural assessment, proper body mechanics and dynamic flexibility techniques to improve his client's well-being.
Trace understands that the human body requires more than traditional segmented physical training. He focuses on restoring the body's muscular system by improving posture, strength and balance through core development and functional movement.
