Carissa grew up in the South Bay playing soccer, softball, basketball, and roller hockey and she comes from a huge football family. She is currently in school pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business with a concentration in sports and entertainment.

She began training under Dr. Vince Guagliano in 2010. She is now a Certified Deep Tissue Massage therapist and has been in Aim Sports Medicine for over 12 years.

She enjoys traveling, spinning/yoga, family time, and going to concerts.
