Lauren became a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) in 2019 and a Certified Cupping Therapist (CCT) in 2021. Born as a Washington DC native, she left the ease coast for college at UCSB in 2010 and has remained in Southern California since. She specializes in deep tissue, sports massage, and cupping therapy. Cupping therapy is a technique she utilizes with many of her clients as she’s found it helps speed up the recovery process.

Ever the learner, Laure is currently in school pursuing an additional certification in the field of massage therapy as a Neuromuscular Therapist. In her free time, she enjoys traveling outside the country, spending time with her friends and her dog, and exploring all California has to offer. She is also an athlete with a background in horseback riding, volleyball, yoga, and rock climbing.

Lauren’s motto is, “if you don’t take time for your wellness, you’ll be forced to take time for your illness” (unknown source).
