Melodie Daniels, PT - Physical Therapist
Born in San Diego CA where I did my undergrad at San Diego State University in Pre-Physical Therapy, then did a Masters in Sports Performance at Point Loma Nazarene University. Prior to PT school, I worked as a personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach where I had the opportunity to work with all types of athletes from Paralympic sprinters to college cheerleaders!
I grew up playing basketball, volleyball, and running track. While I was a sprinter, I also have a huge passion for long-distance running! Growing up I was able to see my dad do a large chunk of the over 76 marathons he has run thus far! Because of this I truly enjoy and hope to specialize in working with runners. I am also a certified yoga instructor! I like to blend the concepts of yoga, wellness, and performance to help my patients heal holistically.

I hope to impact and inspire the patients I work with to not only feel less pain but to feel motivated to grow both physically and mentally to reach their goals and be the best version of themselves.
When I’m not doing PT I love trail running, hiking, strength training, doing yoga, and creating opportunities for underserved minority athletes and communities to receive extra resources and care.
