Nathan Luczynski, DC, CCSP, CSCS, BCTMB - Aim Sports Medicine In his 17 years of soft tissue manual therapy, Nathan has honed his unique, holistic, evidence-based approach to medicine. As a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and Board Certified Massage Therapist, Nathan uses a full body approach to help athletes recover. He believes that the body is one total unit and that optimal results are best achieved when the release of all trigger points and fascial chains involved are addressed.

Small problems lead to big problems.

Nathan is a strong proponent of preventative medicine and believes that regular maintenance, coaching, and personal awareness can stave off major injuries and setbacks. When dysfunction happens with fascia, it can result in altered, unsafe movement patterns which can lead to injury and poor athletic performance. Through increasing quality of movement you can live the most pain-free and active lifestyle you desire.

When used in conjunction with an appropriate and customized soft tissue treatment, your body will have increased rate of force production, improved neurosensory conduction and faster healing times.

A wide variety of professional athletes have entrusted Nathan to help them regain and maintain the highest functional outcomes in their athletic endeavors. CrossFit Regionals and Games athletes, NFL players, professional AVP volleyball players, Strongman athletes, MMA fighters, competitive bodybuilding and fitness models, triathletes, cyclists, marathoners & professional dancers have all experienced Nathan’s therapeutic bodywork.

Nathan uses techniques developed through studies in Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS), Functional Movement Systems (FMS, FCS & SFMA), Functional Movement Taping (FMT), and numerous CrossFit certifications, including CrossFit Level 2 Coach. Coupled with his clinical experience he has refined an approach that works.
