Dr. Andrew spent two years treating sports and orthopedic-related injuries in Santa Monica before moving down to the South Bay. He received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree while in Utah at Rocky Mountain University and participated in many pro-bono clinics to treat and assess the underserved. Dr. Andrew spent his undergraduate time at UC Davis with a Bachelor of Science in Neurobiology, Physiology, and Behavior and gained an appreciation for the intricate connection between the brain and the body. While Dr. Andrew is well versed in treating all sports and orthopedic conditions, he specializes in treating runners and triathletes from the recreational to professional level.
Dr. Andrew emphasizes the therapist to client relationship by ensuring that all clients feel listened to and are presented with the most recent treatments as backed by current research. He enjoys the hands-on approach to treating pain and ensuring his patients can return to the activities they love with whom they love. Additionally, he believes the positive relationship between positive mental outlook and physical pain plays an integral role in the rehab process.
When not at work, Dr. Andrew enjoys spending time outside with friends, family, and his chocolate lab, Zoey. You can likely find Dr. Andrew out and about in the community, running or biking near the beach.
