Carina Testa, PT, DPT – Doctor of Physical Therapy

Dr. Testa is the founder of the physical therapy team at Aim Sports Medicine. She earned her Master’s and Doctor of Physical Therapy degrees from USC, and has taught in the physical therapy programs at USC and Mount St. Mary’s College. She has an extensive background in orthopedic injuries and has taken numerous continuing education courses for foot/ankle, sacroiliac joint dysfunction, hip disorders, shoulder and knee injuries, functional exercise training and movement analysis, Rocktape, BFR training, and VALD Performance testing.

Dr. Testa has completed many advanced-level training courses and is a Level 3 Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Golf Medical Professional, as well as a Level 3 Certified Frederick Stretch Specialist through Stretch to Win TM. She was heavily involved with the AVP Medical Team from 2004 to 2010 and served on its Medical Advisory Board.

Dr. Testa currently works on business development for Aim Sports Medicine and Physical Therapy. Her priority is to keep Aim Sports Medicine at the forefront of best practices by building an expert team of providers and finding the most advanced technology to help our patients and clients.

When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, watching them compete in youth sports and help in the schools when possible.
