Our History

In 2000 Aim Sports Medicine was borne out of a need to gather the best manual therapists and trainers in the South Bay. But having the most highly experienced therapists in each field, under the same roof, wasn’t enough; we needed to form a cohesive team. The wisdom of integrating therapies and modalities, and sharing knowledge quickly became apparent. The result of this collaborative approach to health and wellness has been exponential, and Aim Sports Medicine is now regarded as a leader in the health and fitness industry.

Our Approach

aim-screen-imageWe have assembled the best physical therapists, soft tissue chiropractors, massage therapists, and personal trainers into one setting. We also have a large network of medical practitioners we consult with, such as orthopedic surgeons, nutritionists, etc. Each therapist and trainer spends the entire session with the patient – the patient is never passed down to an aide. At Aim we believe earning the trust of every patient and client is core, cultivated by respect and professionalism.
One of our top priorities is education. We firmly believe that patient education is the key to the patients’ long-term success. We understand the importance of staying up on current theories and treatment models, so we continue to educate ourselves.

We consider Aim to be a teaching facility, so there are always a few interns hanging around, learning and gaining invaluable clinical experience; many go on to become doctors.

We strongly believe in the quality of our work and we are grateful and honored to have had the opportunity to work with professional and Olympic athletes, as well as other high profile people; BUT we know who our real VIPs are: parents racing the kids around, keeping the family running sane, and working hard to provide, along with the young and old who are doing their best to stay healthy and fit. It is not uncommon to find a dog hanging around in a treatment room or to see a toddler curiously running around the gym.

We are humbled by the care and faith our patients have placed in our hands. Our clients have guided our paths through the years and have helped mold our mission.

Our Mission

Aim’s mission is to deliver personalized injury management, sports performance, and functional conditioning in a caring, professional atmosphere. Through the application of evidence-based best practices and the integration of professional experience and knowledge, we incorporate the most effective therapies to meet our patients’ needs and goals.

The Science of Aim

AIM Sports Medicine follows core scientific principles and medical best practices, then applies a unique treatment plan based on each individual’s goals, in order to help them live a healthier, more productive lifestyle.
