Founded by Vince Guagliano, DC, and Carina Escudero, PT, DPT, OCS, AIM has grown from an intimate operation in Manhattan Beach, CA, into one of the most comprehensive and trusted physical therapy facilities in the South Bay.

During their anniversary event, which featured face-painting, raffle prizes, and games, current and former patients from all walks of life shared heartfelt congratulations and personal stories, emphasizing the profound impact AIM has had on their lives. From recovery after injuries to ongoing care for chronic conditions, AIM has been a reliable partner in many journeys to health. One long-time patient, who has been with AIM for over seven years, shared that the clinic’s team, particularly the skilled physical therapists like Amy, now AIM’s clinical director, and Lisa Michelle, physical trainer, has continually helped her stay active and pain-free.
